Project Overview

IMS Health, A $2bn publicly traded global pharma was determined to transform the organisation. Working with the C-suite of the European business ME was able to reduce the footprint of the organisation by 20% allowing them to meet their stretch targets and dramatically improve service. This was achieved through reduces cycle times, insourcing, quality, and efficiency improvements. The implementation of Salesforce required structured testing and User Training as part of the transformation.
