Brent has over 30 years of Financial Management and Consulting experience attained globally. Brent has a proven track record of delivering innovation and business transformation outcomes from both business and technology initiatives. He believes that true success is only achieved when it can be sustained and built upon by a team of existing resources. Brent’s experience includes management of large teams and large budgets with accountability for the full delivery lifecycle of programs of work, mentoring and develop staff and transferring the skills that they require.
Brent has extensive experience leading large scale Payroll, HCM and ERP Projects for Australia’s leading Banks and Insurance Companies.
Brent managed the first successful implementation of the Oracle Financial Accounting Hub in Australia, into a large Insurer, transforming the way in which finance operated. This was achieved through a combination of process, people and system change. He was then re-engaged by the Insurer on their Global ERP Programme run out of Europe where he was the Global Data Owner and Emerging Markets Lead.
