Andrew Cronan

Andrew has successfully led transformation programs across a broad range of industries and markets with more than 30 years of ’hands-on’ experience. Andrew has extensive experience leading large-scale technology transformations in highly competitive, regulated and technically complex environments. 

Andrew has extensive frontline experience building project budgets, implementing and managing project governance tools and reporting. Most recently was project director for the first Australian S4Hana SAP cloud implementation for Australia's largest general insurer and delivered it on time and budget.

Andrew’s focus has also been on shared service environments helping clients deliver significant tangible and sustainable business outcomes. His clients include some of Australia’s largest insurers, banks, retailers and manufacturers.  Andrew has also worked with global industry leaders in the US, EMEA and Asia Pacific regions.

Andrew has managed a broad range of environments from technology to manufacturing and has built PMO’s internally and within a number of successful consulting firms.

Andrew has extensive tactical experience in converting strategy to operational capability through business case development, implementation, planning andexecution. Andrew has assisted clients in realising strategic goals by working collaboratively across  all levels of an organisation.
